On the southern side of San Luis Obispo overlooking the ocean, Laetitia was originally known for its Methode Champenoise sparkling wines.
Although they have continued the tradition by creating seven varietals of sparkling, Laetitia is just as popular for its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. These varietals have received press and accolades from Wine Spectator, International Wine Review, Sommelier Journal, Glass of Bubbly, and 805 Living. The vineyard and winery is open daily from 11am-5pm and its tasting fee is $10 for any 5 wines which is waived if you purchase a bottle. The winery also hosts seasonal special events like live music with The Turkey Buzzards and fare from The Grilled Cheese Incident Food Truck.
